Our unique TIP service is a turn-key solution for new homeowners. We perform multiple home inspections for each Tarion™ warranty phase and we fully manage your Tarion™ account and claim submissions so you don’t miss any of their stringent claim deadlines.

We will advise you on what is covered by your Tarion™ new home warranty and perform a complete comprehensive visual and thermographic inspection of your new home. We will setup your MyHome account for you and fill out all of your Tarion™ warranty claim forms. Our experience and knowledge allows to explain the deficiencies in such a way as to clear any confusion between you and your builder, reducing the possibility of claims being denied by Tarion™ or your home builder. We will follow your Tarion™ warranty through its entire seven year period, with reminder and follow-up emails and phone calls.
